Advice

Before making a donation, you need to ensure that your devices can be successfully restored and rehomed. It is important to make sure that you have removed any personal data and information from your advice and, if possible, that you have done a factory reset.

We are unable to provide specific advice for your device, however the National Cyber Security Centre website has information on how to erase the personal data from your phone, tablets and other devices.
